German automaker BMW has unveiled the facelifted version of its X4 SUV coupe in India. It is offered in a single M Sport Black Shadow Edition trim.The car is locally produced in the carmaker’s Chennai plant and is available in two variants: xDrive30i and xDrive30d.The vehicle sports a refreshed look both inside and out and offers a bevy of tech-based features.

The 2022 BMW X4 features a sculpted hood, a sloping roofline, a large kidney grille, reworked bumpers, vertical air vents, and Matrix LED headlights.On the sides, it has blacked-out B-pillars, ORVMS, sharp body lines, and blacked-out 20-inch alloy wheels. The rear side is graced by LED taillamps and a raked windscreen.It is offered in Black Sapphire Metallic and Brooklyn Gray Metallic shades.

The new BMW X4 is powered by a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that makes 252hp/350Nm and a 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder diesel motor that churns out 265hp/620Nm. They are mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and BMW xDrive all-wheel-drive system.

The 2022 BMW X4 xDrive30i is priced at Rs. 70.5 lakh, while the X4 xDrive30d carries a price-tag of Rs. 72.5 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). It has already been sold out in India.
