Two petrol engine options are available
Maruti Suzuki Wagon R gets a 1.0-liter, K-Series, dual-jet, dual VVT, petrol engine offered in two tunes: 66hp/89Nm and 66hp/82.1Nm (in CNG guise). A 1.2-liter petrol mill that puts out 89hp/113Nm is also available. Transmission duties are handled by a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox.
